The
property manager for our current unit sent us a letter saying that since we are moving out they would only debit part of the last fortnight rent. They then went ahead and debited the whole amount. They didn't argue when I rang them, but it makes you wonder what would have happened if I'd not queried them.
Note to self: don't give real estate agents access to my bank account every again.
