I ordered the season 2 West Wing DVD's from
Atlantic DVD in South Australia (cheaper than Crave). They have a weird but interesting authentication procedure for credit cards. They initially deduct a small amount from your card which is less than a $1 but they don't tell you how much it's going to be. You then have to contact your bank (which is easy via net banking) and find out how much they deducted. You then contact them to tell say how much was deducted and if you get it write, they assume you are the real person who owns that card. Although a little slow messy, I thought it was kinda neat. They said they only do it for first time customers.
Well no news on when the AC will be fixed. It seems to be a week away but it was a week away a week ago. We managed to kill a $900 prototype camera that over heated and ate itself. Management has been good, telling us to go home and giving us paddle pops and beer.
Escape!: try to stay away from the other blocks and keep inside the white area or as long as possible.

The West Wing Season 1 DVD's from
DVD Crave on Wednesday afternoon and they arrived Thursday morning. For $1.95 postage and being 10% cheaper than everywhere else for The West Wing, I was very impressed. Highly recommended.
